Event photographer in Paris

Event photographer based in Paris, I work for businesses, institutions and communication agencies across all their professional events: conferences, seminars, trade shows, forums, general meetings, team buildings, award ceremonies, institutional meetings. My role is to capture the entire event through images: atmosphere, speakers, interactions, portraits... to feed all your communication channels.

During the initial consultation, we discuss the details of the event (type, location, duration, objectives). This meeting also allows us to define the client's expectations and understand their visual world.

The briefing is a meeting where we discuss the key points of the event: the important moments to capture, the desired photo style (formal, natural, creative), and any specific information related to the venue or guests.

The photographer captures the essential moments of the event while respecting the client's brief, remaining discreet and adaptable to different situations. The objective is to reproduce the atmosphere and the history of the event.

This depends on the client's specific requests. If additional photos or a particular style are requested, this may incur extra charges. We establish this during the briefing.

Photo processing begins immediately after the event. Generally, the first images are available within 24 to 48 hours, and final photo delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days. Depending on the case, images can be delivered directly during the event to boost social media communication.

The photos are first selected, then edited to adjust the light, colours and details. Next, they are optimised for different distribution formats.

The photos are supplied in high resolution for quality printing and in low resolution for web use (social media, emails). Delivery is via a secure download link.

Yes, I offer retouching on specific photos according to the client's needs, such as background, lighting or detail adjustments for perfect images.

Photos are delivered in JPEG or TIFF formats, depending on the client's request. HD images are ideal for printing, while low-resolution images are suitable for web use.

Of course, usage rights are included for your professional materials (web, print, social media), subject to the conditions specified in the contract.

I am based in Paris, but I travel throughout France depending on the projects.
